HOT OFF THE PRESS
Looks like I am going to have another (replacement) Lightning Sprint built over the winter.  Got some ideas on things I want to change on the chassis to make it more of a "combo" car.  (Winged and non-winged capabilities)  Also going for lighter weight.  We all know..........LIGHT IS FAST.
Still considering building a new MOLS car set up for an R-1.  However, I am also debating stripping and repairing my existing Lightning Sprint and set it up with a "mildly" reworked Hyabusa to compete in the OMMS series.  Weighing out my options and comparing cost now.  This all depends on what is discussed and/or decided at the Oct. 25th openwheel meeting for Valley Speedway.  Also depends on the OMMS schedule.
Haven't decided what to do with my 305's.  Will decide after the openwheel meeting for the Valley track mentioned above.  If they let the engines continue to get out of hand....I am done with the 305 class.  However......If they decide to have one weekend a month that is a run-what-you-brung non-winged show, I might keep one 305 and set it up for non-winged racing only.  It just seems to me the 305 class is going the wrong direction with motors and costs.  The rumors I have been hearing are not helping my attitude either.
