Replacing all the bullshit in the rear of the 305 made an improvement but has not solved all the problems. I plan on attacking them again this week right after I attack the Lightning Sprint and fix the boo-boos on it. Bouncing and flipping around on concrete walls makes for some pretty good boo-boos.
Started going back through the Lightning Sprint and "fixing" the boo boos. Straightened side guards, replaced the front axle, checked the motor for melt down, serviced it and did the normal visual check for additional damages. Hoping there was no compression issues due to water loss since it had only a little under a quart missing. When there's only about a gallon total that could be a lot. Compression gauge read consistant but below the recommended standards of the manual. Of course that is always "gauge relative." My plan is to compare it to Beau's or Dave's.
